When you purchase a Premium subscription, we may process:

If public profile indexing is enabled, information may remain visible in third-party search results temporarily after it has been removed from Influencr. Users may contact us to request correction or removal of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

7. Influencer Search, Filtering, and Recommendations

Influencr provides tools that allow brands to discover creators based on relevant professional criteria. These may include:

  • Social media platform.

  • Audience location.
  • Collaboration pricing.
  • Verification status.
  • Other relevant marketplace characteristics.

Search results may be organized using selected filters, relevance, profile information, and subscription-related visibility features. Premium memberships may affect access to marketplace features or profile visibility as disclosed in the relevant subscription plan. These features are intended to facilitate marketplace discovery.

Influencr does not use automated processing to make legally significant decisions about individuals without the safeguards required by applicable law. Where applicable, users may exercise their rights relating to automated processing and profiling.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to data brokers. We may share personal data with third parties where necessary to operate the Platform, provide services, or comply with legal requirements.
