- Influencer discovery and search filters.
- Premium subscriptions and enhanced visibility features.

- Reviews, ratings, and other marketplace features.
Specific functionality may vary according to the user’s account type, subscription plan, location, and the availability of individual features. Influencr acts primarily as a technology platform connecting independent parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Influencr is not an advertising agency, talent management agency, employer, or party to agreements concluded between brands and influencers.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use Influencr, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you register on behalf of a company, brand, or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances for which Influencr is legally responsible. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Influencr reserves the right to reject registrations, request verification, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Account Types
3.1 Influencer Accounts
Influencers may create profiles displaying information such as their name, biography, location, content category, social media platforms, follower statistics, engagement information, portfolio, and collaboration preferences. Influencers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current.
3.2 Brand Accounts
Brands and businesses may use the Platform to discover influencers, search profiles, communicate with creators, and explore potential marketing collaborations. Brands are responsible for providing accurate company information and ensuring that their campaigns, products, and promotional activities comply with applicable laws.
3.3 Account Restrictions
Users may not impersonate another person or organization, create misleading profiles, or operate accounts for fraudulent purposes. Influencr may request additional documentation to establish the authenticity of an account.
4. Premium Memberships and Subscription Pricing
Influencr offers paid subscription plans providing access to additional features and functionality. The following subscription prices apply to our Premium plans.
4.1 Premium Brand Plans
| Subscription | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly Premium | €6.99/month |
| Yearly Premium | €89.00/year |
4.2 Premium Influencer Plans
| Subscription | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly Premium | €9.99/month |
| Yearly Premium | €69.99/year |
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment for the applicable yearly subscription period. Monthly subscriptions are billed once per monthly billing cycle.
The applicable subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed before the user confirms payment.
4.3 Premium Features
Premium subscriptions may provide enhanced profile visibility, advanced discovery functionality, additional search filters, communication features, or other benefits described on the relevant subscription page. Premium membership does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of profile views.
- A specific marketplace ranking.
- Brand inquiries or collaboration offers.
- Acceptance into marketing campaigns.
- Increased followers or social media engagement.
- Any particular financial return or business outcome.
Premium membership grants access to the applicable subscription features, not a guarantee of commercial results.
4.4 Pricing Changes
Influencr may revise subscription prices from time to time. Changes to recurring subscription prices will be communicated before they take effect and will apply to future billing periods in accordance with applicable law. Existing subscribers will not be charged a revised price without the notice or consent required by applicable law.
5. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a Premium subscription, you authorize Influencr and its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly billing period. Yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each annual billing period.
The applicable renewal fee will be charged using the payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
If a payment fails, Influencr may retry the transaction and suspend or downgrade Premium access until payment is successfully completed. Influencr does not guarantee uninterrupted Premium access where payment cannot be processed.
6. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Users may cancel their Premium subscriptions at any time through the available billing or subscription management functionality, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Cancellation does not immediately terminate an already-paid subscription.
- Premium features remain available until the current paid billing period expires.
- No further renewal payments will be charged after cancellation takes effect.
- No refund or credit is provided for unused subscription time.
Deleting your account, uninstalling an application, or ceasing to use the Platform does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Users should complete cancellation through the designated subscription management process. If a subscription was purchased through a third-party payment platform, cancellation may need to be completed through that provider.
7. Refund Policy
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Influencr maintains a strict no-refund policy for its Premium membership services. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to the relevant Platform features for the selected billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencr does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for:
- Monthly or annual subscription payments.
- Unused subscription periods.
- Early cancellation.
- Accidental purchases or selection of the wrong subscription plan.
- Failure to use the Platform after purchasing a subscription.
- Failure to receive brand inquiries or collaboration requests.
- Failure to secure sponsorships or paid collaborations.
- Dissatisfaction with commercial results.
- A decision to stop using the Platform.
- Loss of Premium access resulting from a user’s breach of these Terms.
7.1 Automatic Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are also non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue using Premium services.
7.2 Immediate Access to Digital Services
Premium features may become available immediately after successful payment. Where applicable law permits, users may expressly request that the provision of digital services begins before the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period. Where a valid statutory exception applies, including any required express consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal may be lost or limited.
7.3 Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable consumer protection legislation provides a right of withdrawal, cancellation, reimbursement, or another mandatory remedy, those rights remain unaffected. Any qualifying refund request will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
7.4 Payment Disputes
If you believe that a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, please contact us using the support details provided in these Terms. Fraudulent chargeback activity or deliberate abuse of payment dispute systems may result in account suspension or termination, subject to applicable law. This provision does not restrict a user’s right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.
8. Influencer Verification and Profile Accuracy
Influencr may offer verification procedures designed to improve marketplace transparency and establish the authenticity of influencer profiles. Verification may involve reviewing publicly available social media information, screenshots, account details, or other supporting documentation.
Influencers agree to provide truthful information concerning:
- Social media account ownership.
- Follower counts and audience statistics.
- Engagement rates.
- Audience demographics and location.
- Previous collaborations.
- Professional experience.
- Pricing and services offered.
Submitting fabricated statistics, manipulated screenshots, or misleading information is prohibited. Influencr may reject, suspend, or remove profiles containing inaccurate or fraudulent information.
A verification badge or verified status indicates that an account has undergone the applicable verification procedure. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity, future performance, follower quality, engagement, or commercial reliability. Brands remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into collaborations.
9. Brand and Influencer Collaborations
Brands and influencers are independent parties responsible for negotiating and fulfilling their own commercial arrangements. Unless Influencr expressly offers a separate transaction or managed-campaign service, the Platform does not become a contractual party to agreements between users.
Users are responsible for agreeing on all material collaboration terms, including:
- Campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Content format and publication channels.
- Compensation and payment arrangements.
- Content deadlines.
- Revision requirements.
- Approval procedures.
- Advertising disclosure obligations.
- Intellectual property and usage rights.
- Content publication duration.
- Exclusivity or non-compete requirements, if applicable.
Influencr recommends that collaboration requirements be documented before work begins.
9.1 Influencer Responsibilities
Influencers agree to act professionally, communicate accurately, and fulfill the obligations they voluntarily accept. Influencers must not provide false performance reports, fabricate engagement, or misrepresent campaign results.
9.2 Brand Responsibilities
Brands agree to provide clear campaign instructions, accurate product information, and compensation in accordance with their agreed arrangements. Brands must not request unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content.
9.3 Collaboration Outcomes
Influencr does not guarantee that collaborations will be completed successfully or that either party will obtain a particular commercial outcome.
10. Payments Between Brands and Influencers
Subscription payments made to Influencr are separate from commercial payments agreed between brands and influencers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate transaction agreement, Influencr does not hold campaign funds in escrow or guarantee payments between users. Brands and influencers are responsible for arranging and fulfilling their respective payment obligations.
Influencr is not responsible for:
- Unpaid influencer invoices.
- Delayed brand payments.
- Disputes concerning agreed compensation.
- Unfulfilled campaign deliverables.
- Unauthorized use of delivered campaign content.
- Financial losses arising from independent agreements between users.
If Influencr introduces campaign payment processing, transaction fees, or other financial services, the applicable terms will be disclosed before the relevant transaction.
11. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they lawfully own and upload to the Platform. This may include profile photographs, videos, portfolios, logos, descriptions, and other original materials.
By uploading content, you grant Influencr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the Platform and its marketplace services. This license includes displaying public profiles and associated content in marketplace listings and Platform-related promotional materials.
Users represent and warrant that they own the submitted content or possess the necessary permissions to upload and authorize its use.
11.1 Collaboration Content
The ownership, licensing, and commercial usage rights of content produced during brand collaborations must be agreed between the relevant brand and influencer. Payment for a collaboration does not automatically transfer all intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed or provided by applicable law. Brands must not use influencer content beyond the rights granted under their respective agreements.
11.2 Influencr Intellectual Property
The Influencr name, branding, software, interface, design, database structure, and other proprietary Platform materials belong to Influencr or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.
12. User-Generated Content and Reviews
Influencr may allow users to publish reviews, ratings, testimonials, portfolio materials, and other content. Users are solely responsible for content they submit.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain fabricated claims, defamatory statements, harassment, or misleading representations. Influencr reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may investigate suspicious reviews, fraudulent activity, and other forms of marketplace manipulation. We do not guarantee that every review or user-submitted statement is accurate or independently verified.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating individuals or businesses.
- Providing fraudulent follower counts, engagement statistics, or audience information.
- Using bots, purchased engagement, or manipulated metrics to mislead other users.
- Scraping or systematically extracting marketplace data without authorization.
- Collecting personal information for unauthorized marketing or resale.
- Sending spam, unsolicited mass messages, or abusive communications.
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems.
- Circumventing access restrictions or subscription requirements.
- Publishing unlawful, infringing, threatening, or defamatory content.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive commercial activity.
- Misusing personal information obtained through the Platform.
- Violating applicable advertising, consumer protection, or intellectual property laws.
Influencr may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting functionality, or suspending accounts.
14. Advertising and Sponsored Content Compliance
Brands and influencers are individually responsible for ensuring that promotional activities comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection requirements. Paid collaborations, sponsored posts, gifted promotions, and other commercial relationships must be disclosed clearly wherever required.
Influencers must not misrepresent their experience with a product or service or publish misleading promotional claims. Brands must ensure that campaign instructions and advertising claims are lawful.
Users must also comply with the relevant rules of third-party social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other applicable services. Influencr is not responsible for regulatory violations committed by users in connection with independently arranged campaigns.
15. Privacy and Personal Data
Influencr processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Information processed may include account details, profile information, payment-related information, communication records, and information voluntarily submitted by users.
Certain profile information may be publicly visible or accessible to other registered users as part of the marketplace. Users must not collect, disclose, sell, or misuse another user’s personal information without a lawful basis.
Our Privacy Policy provides further information about data processing, retention, security, user rights, and applicable contact procedures.
16. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with external providers, including payment processors, social media services, analytics providers, and other technology partners. These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Influencr does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, availability, or changes to their functionality. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services they access through the Platform.
17. Availability and Platform Modifications
We aim to provide a reliable and accessible service, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Influencr may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or operational improvements.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features as the Platform evolves. Where changes materially affect paid services, users will receive notice and any remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in this section permits Influencr to disregard its contractual obligations or mandatory consumer protection requirements.
18. Suspension and Termination
Influencr may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary because of:
- A material breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Misuse of Platform services.
- Non-payment of applicable fees.
- Security threats.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate, users may receive an explanation and an opportunity to address the issue. Influencr may take immediate action where necessary to prevent fraud, harm, or unlawful activity.
Termination for a user’s breach does not create an automatic right to a refund, subject to mandatory legal rights. Users may request account closure by contacting support or using any account deletion functionality made available on the Platform.
Certain information may be retained after closure where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate interests, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Influencr does not guarantee:
- A specific number of marketplace users.
- Guaranteed collaboration opportunities.
- Guaranteed business revenue.
- Accuracy of all user-submitted information.
- Continuous Platform availability.
- Successful completion of independently negotiated agreements.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether a particular brand, influencer, or collaboration is suitable for their requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencr shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including lost business opportunities, anticipated profits, or commercial arrangements between independent users.
Influencr is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or contractual breaches of independent brands and influencers.
For claims arising from a paid subscription, Influencr’s aggregate contractual liability shall, to the extent legally permitted, not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the affected user during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify Influencr against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Their unlawful use of the Platform.
- Their infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Fraudulent or misleading information they provide.
- Their breach of these Terms.
- Their unlawful advertising or commercial activities.
This obligation applies only to the extent the relevant claim is attributable to the user’s acts or omissions and does not extend to matters for which Influencr is legally responsible.
22. Changes to These Terms
Influencr may update these Terms to reflect operational, technical, legal, or commercial changes. The latest version will be published on the Platform with its effective date.
Where changes materially affect user rights or existing paid subscriptions, we will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after validly notified changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Users who do not agree to revised Terms may discontinue use and cancel future subscription renewals.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a user’s country of residence.
Any dispute arising from the use of Influencr should initially be submitted to our support team so that the parties may attempt to resolve it amicably. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to pursue legally available remedies before competent authorities or courts.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced, where legally permissible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original lawful purpose.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to specific services, constitute the agreement between users and Influencr concerning use of the Platform. Any separate commercial agreement between a brand and an influencer remains the responsibility of those respective parties.
